"My family and I are regular customers of Snooks and we fully believe that they are THE BEST Ice Cream/Frozen Custard place in Martinsburg! The shop is extremely clean, the employees are friendly and helpful at every visit, and they just re-did their marketing to make everything easier to read! On top of all of these, everything we’ve had from them is delicious! Tonight we had scooped ice cream, custard sundaes and lollipops (shaved ice with ice cream) and everything gets a 10 from us! They’ll also be adding salads and paninis to their menu soon and we can’t wait to come back and try those! It’ll be so nice to have a healthy option in town that doesn’t break the bank while we try to support small businesses over big! Snooks should be everyone’s favorite!"

"I’ve been ordering from here since the first day it opened. The staff and management are always so welcoming and helpful, and make sure you’re satisfied with your order! The menu is enormous with something for everybody. My personal favorite is the mango bingsu (which I customize, yes, that’s an option too!) absolutely phenomenal sweet treat"

"My girlfriend and I stopped by this ice cream and soft-serve shop, and I was so surprised by how diverse the menu was. The owner doesn’t just make standard treats; she creates ice cream and soft-serve from other countries. Not only is she doing an amazing job, but she actually has firsthand experience from traveling to those places herself. In my experience, she recreated those flavors perfectly. I would highly recommend trying this place at least once—I promise once you do, you’ll keep coming back!"

"This restaurant is absolutely open. Hours are 11-9 Tues-Sunday. I had a açaí smoothie bowl last week that was excellent!!! I will be back for another next week. The size was generous and loaded with fresh fruits, granola and nuts."
